What are chakra's
The word chakras means "wheel" and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay "open" and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
Is chakra life energy?
The two components of chakra: are physical energy and spiritual energy. Since being spread by Hagoromo, better known as the Sage of Six Paths, chakra has become a form of life energy that all individuals produce to some degree; those who run out of chakra will die.
History
The chakra system originated in India between 1500 and 500 BC in the oldest text called the Vedas.
Evidence of chakras, spelled cakra, is also found in the Shri Jabala Darshana Upanishad, the Cudamini
Upanishad, the Yoga-Shikka Upanishad, and the Shandilya Upanishad.
Why aligning or balancing chakras is essential.
Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channeling energy into the seven chakras.
When we talk about treating chakras, we refer to treating your energetic body. The body is not
only made up of the physical body. We have an energy that extends beyond our physical well-being.
Opening the chakras requires a radical change in consciousness, which occurs only after years
of meditation. Their opening allows for the enforcement of higher states of consciousness, leading to the awareness of the Supreme Self.
Opening the chakras
When done with intention, deep and conscious breaths can also restore your chakras. Each inhale
directs energy to your chakra, while each exhale allows awareness to settle into your chakras. This
practice can open up your chakras and bring harmonic balance back to your mind, body, and soul! Here is a list of the seven chakra points in our body.
They are in this order from feet to head.
1. Root
2. Sacral
3. Solar Plexus
4. Heart
5. Throat
6. Third Eye
7. Crown
These chakra points are blocked by holding onto emotions and/or physical plain aspects. These
are things we can see, touch, and taste.
To allow better energy flow in ourselves to have better health, wealth, and love in our life. We have to
be able to understand why we hold on to them and need to learn to let go.
Some things can be harder to let go of because they hold more than emotional ties. Like family
and friends.
We show our true nature when we let go of these ties to the material world and strip ourselves to the skin. At the intense level of self-realization, we genuinely are aligned and can see more positive things in
our life and around us.
